Soares & Avila Pereira Abogados is a Spanish law firm established in 1993 as a branch of Avila Pereira Advogados from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The main office has been formed in 1980 by Mr. Kleber Avila Pereira and few years later Mr. Flavio A. Soares has joined it.
The Brazilian main office has a long-standing tradition within the intellectual property field having been a solid counsellor to local and foreign companies, brand owner associations and entrepreneurial lobbying groups during the 80’s and 90’s. Whilst developing these activities, the firm has rightfully won a strong reputation for its knowledge and experience counselling upon IP matters.
